I found my passion for fitness in my early 20s when I started feeling uncomfortable in my skin. I wasn’t active growing up and didn’t have the best eating habits, so when I decided to get in shape, I made a  lifestyle change - in both my nutrition and fitness.

As I started to see results, it quickly became something I had to do and I enjoyed it. With my results came people asking me what I was doing and if I could train them. At that point, it wasn’t just about me, it was about how many other lives I could impact.

I became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and got started on this journey of helping my clients reach their health and fitness goals. I started off training friends and family and then went on to be a personal trainer for LA fitness.

Along the way I trained all types of clients in all fitness levels and my passion for helping others with their health and fitness grew.

After being at LA fitness for some time, I found Fitness 1.  I grew fond of the community feel of a family-owned gym and the impact that can be made within the community.
